If she's going outside Dublin, she's looking for something tacky but doesn't want to admit it lol. I've yet to hear a girl say she wants a tacky hen with sashes, stripper outfits and willy straws and the likes but once it's a weekend event, that's exactly what seems to happen!

It all depends on what she's into OP. Does she want spa day and a meal? a pole-dancing class and a wild night of clubbing? an afternoon of go-karting and a few pints in a quiet little pub somewhere?

Talk to her about what she wants in detail. For instance, I've no idea what's happening on my stag: I sat down with the best man and told him a location, gave him some ideas of activities I'd be up for, the kind of pubs I wanted and set out ground-rules (no handcuffs, strippers, stupid shots, "hilarious" themed outfits etc.)

Can I go on this hen please?!

OP, you need to be more specific about what type of girl she is, would she like a cocktail making class, a nice meal, a farm, etc.?

Also, I would give all the guests a head's up regarding the lack of tack at the hen. Closer to the date, send a text/ email making some joke about how you're avoiding all things "hen" (willy straws, tutus, sashes). People should get the message this way.
