Jobseeks Allowance higher rate

I'm on JA and getting a reduced rate (€62 p/w) for the last year. This was fine as I'm living at home with both parents working. However my dad fell ill at christmas and he's going to be out for work for a minimum of 6 months, with the doctors saying it'll be more likely a full year. Because of his reduced wages I'm barely surviving on my JA.

Does anyone know how I go about applying for a higher rate? Is this at all possible?.

    Thanks :)

As the means you were tested on have changed you should apply to be retested (means).
