Ive been asked to complete a land registry compliant map for plot of land that was not previously registered. Now its straight forward enough apart from one small area that adjoins another plot but there is no boundary on the ground.
Edit; sorted. located a old drain that follows the boundary as it appeared on older maps. All ties in nicely.

The other way of finding the boundary is to check the folio of the piece of ground adjacent to the one you are working on.
