Is it possible to connect a USB dongle to a router

    As the thread title suggests, is it possible to connect a USB dongle to a router to extend WIFI capability to more than one machine?

    I have a Motorola dongle on Imagine Wimax 4G network and would expect this to be my cheapest option to have 2 machines running rather than changing my service.

    Have you checked with imagine to see if they provide a device that will do this?
    Most providers have a products (called a hotspot from some providers) that they can supply with the USB dongle. Some providers, I think, give them as standard when you purchase the dongle.

    Outside of that there are a few options like this:
