Connection dropping all day and evening..is it the weather?

    My connection's been dropping all day today and this evening. Have to keep reconnecting manually. What's going on? Eircom doesn't seem very stable at the moment; is it the weather?!

    I have your landline number from a previous query you had in the past and ihave conducted a few tests. I have identified that you modem is in need of a firmware update [font=Calibri","sans-serif]and I can email youa firmware update file and instructions of how to upload this file if you would like to PM me your email address in which I can send his file to? All other tests i have conducted confirm that there are no issues on your line apart from the modem firmware issue.[/font]
