Our limit is 328 fps with a .2gram bb on an aeg, pistol or sniper, in otherwords everything.
you are better off trying to buy the gun here. Saves alot of trouble and hassle on yourself.
Some of know better than others..

A lot of the retailers will offer a downgrade service if you do have too buy it outside of Ireland.:)

Most will usually charge you for the spring, and the labour cost.

And while the prices look low (particularly if from Hong Kong), you will have to add on delivery charges, and VAT, customs and other charges if from outside the EU. Generally this makes foreign orders at least as expensive as buying local.

on a side note, if you want you could put up a link to the AEG and you could see if anyone here knows where to get it. There are a good few retailers in Ireland, some people may be able to help you out as where to get it. Other option is to ask an Irish retailer to import it for you, last option is to it yourself like you're planning, but that would be my last resort :)

You could go here for a metal AK , but you would have email them to get it downgraded and pay a service fee.but there is still NO guarantee they will actually downgrade it ( more often than not they will take the service fee and not do the work) but its not always the case.
You also run the risk of customs , import and handling fees which can kill off any savings you may have made.
I have to stress that all these things are a possibility and not 100% certain to happen to you, but as time goes on since I started doing airsoft the amount of people to be caught out has increased.
Anyway here you go and goodluck!!
