One thing I have noticed about black parents in Ireland

When I have seen young black children start to act up the mothers seem to take no nonsense.

When I was a child most white parents were the same.

Now I don't want to generalize I am only going on what I have seen.

I have seen many well behaved white Irish children too.

However on flights in cinemas supermarkets and restaurants I have seen many little brats running wild while the parents did noting.

I have yet to see the same with a black child the mother has always nipped it in the bud.

Why do so many parents avoid teaching their children manners and respect?

Some mothers could do better to teach their children not to generalise.

This seems like a pretty recent thing in our culture that children don't need rules or manners.

Maybe some of the people that have come here from other countries have not let that happen yet.

Thinking about it even more I have yet to see out of control Polish or east European children act this way.

I was in the Post Office a few months ago and it was packed. Everyone was huffing and puffing and generally being impatient. Among the crowd was a woman in traditional African-style dress with 3 young kids. The kids were milling around, as kids do, and out of nowhere in a really strong accent the mother bellows out at the eldest child ''Marvellous, you are a wicked wicked child, no allowance for you!!!''

Lols ensued.

maybe its because the parents are so up their own asses that they think their little sheila and little johnny would never cause a commotion.
As with a lot of things it starts with the parents and ends with the parents, but of course its easier to blame society.
