    Hi There,
I am currently trying to purchase a commercial property which is being sold by a receiver. He has inserted a clause which I am anxious about.I am being led to believe that it is a paper transaction and no Vat will have to be paid by me.See attached the clause.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards

Ask your accountant. Property questions are not allowed read the charter.

    Apologies,
I have spoken to numerous accountants who have all had different opinions hence my post.I won't make the mistake of posting again for fear I might suffer your wrath.

    Many Thanks

    Wow.

    Just...........

    Wow.

I simply cannot believe someone would post a contractual term here and seek detailed legal advice on it.

I know what that clause means. I know what it implies and get thee to a tax advisor. NOT accountant, chartered tax advisor or tax lawyer IMMEDIATELY.

Also. BAN BAN BAN for obvious reasons.
