Hi, I have to take a few photos for at a party this saturday and I need a decent + cheap flash. There seems to be plenty of people here recommending Yongnuo flashes, but they aren't in the following shops (or websites anyway)

    Dublin -
    Harvey Norman
    Currys
    Conns Cameras
    Camera.ie
    bermingham cameras
    Dublin Camera Exchange

    Belfast -
    calumetphoto.co.uk

    Any other ideas?
I had a look at adverts too, so something might come from that

    thanks for your help

Cheap and decent don't really go together. Try adverts.ie for something second hand I'd say.

No shop will have them - ebay is the place to go. You will find nissin flashes in some of those shops, but more €€ than yonghou

What brand of camera are you using? I have a Yongnuo 560 for Canon that I never use if you want to buy it. PM me if you want it

The Yongnuo flashes are actually pretty good in my experience - especially for the price!

Quality control seems to be a bit hit and miss on their stuff.

I'll agree with that - QC can be iffy with them sometimes - but most of the time I've found them to be ok!
