Don't think so, I have both in my house in Donegal.

No, it's all in one underground bunker. That place in Donnybrook is actually just one giant Fair City set. The real RTE is beneath Dublin Castle.

No, they're on the same campus but not the same building. There's a separate radio centre.

Obvious al Qaeda is using boards to glean info for an immanent attack, given these threads.

The majority of the company is located on the Donnybrook site including the television studios and radio studios which comprise a large studio for orchestral works. There is also a number of smaller buildings on the complex and the outdoor set for Fair City.

Around the country there are a number of satellite offices with small studio capabilities. Hope this answers your question.

The small buildings are for short wave transmissions, ie. AM radio.

AM!! have not used that since the early 80's , i thought that went the way of beta video and 088 phones

The radio station used to be based in the GPO. That must have been cramped.

Well whatever it is it's not difficult to walk straight in. But he should avoid eating in the RTE canteen!
