Error EI 33 Baxi Megaflow 24 he ie

    Hi,

    My boiler is showing this error code Error EI 33 i was wondering if any plumbers have experience of fixing this fault. The boiler is a baxi megaflow 24 he ie. I have re-set the boiler and it is still not firing.

    The error code is actually E1 33 not EI

    That is flame failure.Check your gas supply
    Also your condense pipe could be frozen

    see what happens tomorrow when bord gais have a look at it i logged a call with them there now..cheers

    bord gais engineer said that the ignition electrode just needed to be widened a little bit and that sorted the error boiler working fine now
