    I would like to get a quote banner done. Not sure if this is the right forum, or even if they are called quote banners.

    Basically something like http://www.coverupload.com/tag/quote but with the Quote: rock bottom became the solid foundation on which i rebuild my life

    Where would be best to get it done ideally for free. Are there generator tools online

    Download photoshop free trial/gimp or Pixlr editor or some such. (Photoshop probably too powerful.)

    Watch a 30-60 mins of intro vids on youtube etc on the basics of whatever software you pick.

    Assuming you have the background image - import image, add text, change font, transform and so forth. Plus you can now use a new tool, edit family photos, do some up for friends etc.
