Black ankle boots, medium/high, super cool and stylish

Hey! So my fashion/style operation transformation continues! I've been stalking the shops and have decided I'd like to invest in a really nice pair of good black ankle boots that I can wear with skinny jeans, leather trousers, shorts, etc. and I'm happy to spend the money on them rather than just go for a pair in New Look - who in fairness do have some decent pairs at the moment.

Can anyone recommend a really gorgeous pair that would make a good investment? Say max 300 euro, the lower the better obviously but I'd really like to get the right ones.

I bought these in River Island just before Christmas. So comfortable, go with everything and only €55!

I have these..Kurt Geiger sofie boot. They are comfy and go with both jeans and dresses. They're about 220 euro I think (I paid the sterling price so not sure)
