'07 Opel Astra Life - Head Gasket

Hi Guys, I bought a 07 Opel Astra Life 1.4l June'12, and got it serviced in October, I was told there was no coolant in the tank. I am getting worried as I was told it may be the head gasket that is gone now or there may be a leaking pipe, I have had to fill the tank twice in the last 3 months and this never happened me before so I am just wondering how much would it be to replace the head gasket.

You should have the cooling system properly checked. Astra's can suffer leaking water pumps or pipes and when left over long periods damage can be caused to the head gasket.

You may only have a small leak at the moment.
