    Hi there,

really hoping someone could help me. I need a couple of fillings but would really really like to be put asleep as Im a very nervous patient.
Is this possible? Would any dentist do this? Im based in Dublin.

    Many thanks!

GA is very tough for a couple of fillings.

IV sedation is just as good and i'm sure someone can PM you a recommendation.

Hi, there are lots of dentists now offering Iv sedation, just google it and you'll find a couple nearby. There was a two year diploma course started a couple of years ago and now there are a good few dentists offering it. So check around before you go ahead with the first you find.
If you ask around you're bound to find someone nearby in a similar fix with experience. Its unfortuneately not uncommon in Ireland to be frightened of the dentist! Good luck.
