Each game has it's own code so you can trade them if you have them already.

Got this yesterday. All the codes are compatible with Steam apart from Company of Heroes. Anyone any ideas?

Its on THQ.com with Opposing Fronts for €3.49, I hear they OF code can unlock both games on Steam -somehow I doubt it but might give it a go.

Looks like it can only be downloaded from amazon.com.

No, amazon provides activation codes on website. All but CoH are compatible with Steam.

How does that US fake account work? Do you use an Irish Visa Card?

I used thi addy with the details of my irish Visa, make sure the name is same as on the card
