Lost license...

    Need to get a replacement.

    Is it just a case of filling out the D401: http://www.rsa.ie/Documents/Licensed%20Drivers/D401_Full_Licence_app_form.pdf and that's it?

    Is there any other form where I have to declare that i've lost it? I have a few years left on my license, but wonder would I be best off to just apply for the 10 year so I don't have to worry about it for a while again?

    Also, with the introduction of new credit card license (got a note in with my tax renewal), wonder will I get the new type license?

    -Edit- Nevermind, just spotted Part 6 :o

    you will get a new (ID Card) licence ... but you will need to go and have your pic taken by them first.

    The new picture taking arrangements are not coming in until September

    The form says you still need to bring in 2 traditional style passport photos, signed on the back... more feckin money!
