    Hi All,

Just a quick question for those who are using or have used supplements. I have been on PHD whey protein, I have just completed an 8 week course, I have also been taking T6 fat burners along side the supplement. Can anyone tell me how long should you be on the PHD whey protein before you need to come off it to give your body a rest ?. I heard a rumour that you complete a cycle of 8 weeks and then come off it for two weeks and then back on again for 8 weeks, is that right ?.

Has anybody else used PHD whey protein ?..

    Cheers

Are you sure you're not confusing whey protein with creatine?

Taking protein supplement is no different to eating a piece of meat, few eggs etc etc, albeit it's a sometimes more convenient way of getting protein into the body.

No need to cycle it or anything like that, but I'd suggest getting your diet in order first and then, IF you need the extra protein you can look at adding a shake or two. (At a ballpark you should between 1-2 grams/kg bodyweight a day, depending on your goals).
