Naturopaths anyone?

    I have arthritis and i'm on loads of meds for the last 10 years. in the last 3 years i've put on 3 stone, due to latest treatment i'm on.
    I want to come off this treatment to lose weight, if i come off it, i'll be in bits!
    In the last 5 months i've started going to the gym, changed my diet..and didn't drop a pound or tone up. None of my clothes fit me...very depressing!!

    Anyway, a few ppl have mentioned natural alternatives, would anyone be able to recommend a Naturopath? In or around Dublin or Mayo, don't mind travelling a bit.
