I have a Sky+ box (that I suspect needs replacing) and the new gaff has a dish but needs a quad LNB fitted. Am I better off just ringing Sky and getting them to sort things out, or going to one of these satellite TV shops I've seen about? Presumably Sky will charge me for the new box and fitting anyway.

I take it from the winky they don't like customers pulling that trick? What's a new box likely to cost, been a few years since I bought this one?

Sky do moves for free, If the box is acting up, say it to the Engineer. They shud change it for a HD replacement no problem
