Video Ads??

Is there a new thing on this site of allowing video ads? Not happy about this at all. The last thing I want is to hear some ad on in the background when I have a number of tabs open. It will really put me off visiting Boards.ie if this is going to become common place. Don't mind normal ads at all, just the little video's…
