Looking for name of improvisational comedy show

A guest is invited on and has to open a door to a room; they know what the deal is, but they don't know what's in the room. Every episode follows a similar format: a stage full of actors who have planned a situation/theme for that person to enter in to. They have to go along with the joke/improvise with them.

    Any help greatly appreciated!

(I think it might be Australian)

Sounds like a regular bit from "Whose Line is it anyway"

Is what you are thinking of that improv bit and that alone or is it part of a much larger show?

Thank God You're Here (There was a UK version too)

It's Thank God You're Here. The Aussie version is quite big and they tried it in the UK with Paul Merton I believe.

    Edit: beaten to it. :)
