Piped Insulation Vs Normal Insulation

Hi all, we're starting a new build and had it in our heads to have the piped insulation in it at the end we'd do this. However we were talking to our engineer today and he said he wouldn't recommend it. As with the old insulation he said there is some absorption in it so for the likes of condensation it would absorb that but with the piped insulation its so good that the condensation in a hot house when its - figures outside has nowhere to go bar down the walls, hence eventually making things damp.....

Now I don't know whether he was just been fussy or what but Ive never heard this, have any of you? Do any of you have the piped insulation how do you find it??
