Joomla SSL Login issue - Help needed

    SSL enabled Joomla site, when login from front-end login module, not getting secure URL. All Joomla settings are ok. Hosted on a php5-cgi server. Same works if I change server settings to php5-Apache, but due to some other reason I can't keep apache. How do I achieve secure login in cgi. Please help
