I'm looking to change where I go to spinning classes - just wondering does anybody go here or been here before and can recommend it?

Is there a lot of parking around the area?

    Thanks

Plenty of on-street parking, but you need a disk before 6.30. It gets very busy at peak times, particularly in the evenings.

I've never used it, but I lived nearby for a long time.

I've done the lunch time spinning classes, very hardcore, I use to do spinning in Nemo fitness 3-4 times a wk and even after my first class at Sweat I threw up. The bikes have monitors on them too so you can see how hard your going, how much you've cycled and how many calories you've burnt x

Omg surely you can go at your own pace though so you don't throw up??! I've been doing spinning for over a year but I'm wondering would it be at the same level as one of their classes? They have a "learn to spin" class - maybe I should do that first?

I wish I had lol. I tried to push myself as hard as the class, Its hard to explain the bikes are Keiser M3 stationary bikes, they have the monitors as i said before and the resistance goes from 1-15 as far as i remember.

I go there occasionally, I really like it. The classes are intense but you can definitely go at your own pace and the instructors are lovely and encouraging. They won't force you into pushing yourself til you throw up or anything! Although like the other poster I used to try and keep up and my legs were like jelly for ages after!
