Rixen & Kaul Seatpost adapter - Problems

    Folks,

    I have bought an Altura Arran Expanding Pack for use on the bike in some Audax events etc.

    It comes with a Rixen & Kaul Contour Adapter (see link below):

    Does anyone have one of these. Reason is that the Rixen & Kaul KLICKfix contour adapter simply does not work. It is supposed to snap shut in one click. Not only does it not snap shut, the contour adapter seems too big (by about 1 to 2 mm) for the thing that it clicks into.

    Before I send it back to Wiggle, has anyone else had issues with the Rixen & Kaul Contour Adapter
