    Have been away a couple of years and used to love the stuff. Home in March and would love to have some.

    I remember around that time it was only 1.09 per 500ml bottle. Great value.

    Is it still available?

    It's not the same beer as before though. Used regularly pick it up before - was 5% alc and delicious. Now it's 4.5% and rather bland.

    the stuff i bought was 4%,and bland.i was expecting it to be similar to lidl's perlenbacher but it dosnt compare

    Ah balls. It used to be a Friday routine for me to buy a few bottles of it. Can't believe it's changed.
