Can anyone recommend somewhere in Melbourne I can get a RWC without getting fleeced? I know its a flat rate to get it done for the car but I'm wary of what other "repairs" a mechanic might say I need. Thanks.

Believe it or not Kmart service is quiet good, my car is coming on 20years this year usually go there twice a year, and always been charged the fee they have on the wall.

NRMA is also a good fixed price

(note I am in sydney, but a few friends have used the service in different locations)

minor 139, major $199 and I think it was either 29 or 39 for the RWC
