    I'm thinking of buying a small building that has a shop with an apartment above it. If the building costs 150,000 Euro what taxes etc would have to be paid on the purchase price and what annual taxes would have to be paid - rates, taxes on the rent received, property taxes etc ?
    I am not registered for VAT - just a normal PAYE worker.
