I've just been give a Buffalo G805 to have a look at. It's not heating up and turns off after about ten seconds everytime. The person who gave it to me said they changed the fuse but i'm not sure why they did, as in did it blow or just thought it would fix it. Anyone any ideas. It's a single hob. Cheers

Might be a silly question but are you using the correct type of pans? A magnet should stick to the bottom of pans that can be used with an induction hob. On my hob if non induction pans are used or if no pan is placed on the hob it automatically turns off after 10 to 15 seconds.

I used a stainless steel pot with water in it to test it? I'll check later for another pot to check. :)
