Ps3 Data transfer.

    Ok

    My phat died and rather then take the chance of getting it repaired I figured id get a new one so i got a super slim (12gig)

    I have the tray for the hdd for the slim ps3

    So i put the phat ps3 hdd into the super slim ps3.

    and it tells me i have to format ?

    is there a work around? Ive got other spare hard drives.
    My mac wont read the ps3 hard drive, so im not sure what the hell to do any one got any advice?

    No it's encrypted. Either get the phat fixed and transfer or you'll have to start again.

    get ps plus and use the cloud storage from now on.

    awww balls now that anoying more so, all the games that ive been playing that are saved :/
