    Hi all,

I spoke to a recruit agent to day who was keen to put me forward for a position, even wants me to have a good think about it as will take some sacrifice on my part.
Its a good job with a great package.
Now the problem, she only told me as call was ending the company name, this is were im stuck...... I interviewed direct with the company 1 an half years ago and was unsuccessful( which i did not mention to her) dont know why.
Should I now admit this( feeling silly) or let her arrange the interview or just let it pass by as it is a good agent and will have other opps so dont want to mess her about.

Any advice or comment be greatful

I'd tell her - there's nothing at all to feel silly about.

I'd only mention it if it was for exactly the same position. Even if it is, you're a year more experienced now.

How can you be sure anyone but you even remembers that you had that interview? If you let the recruitment agent know they should go through the interview that wasn't successful and help you to fine tune your answers.
