claiming against an expired health insurance policy

    I recently changed health insurance company but need to make a claim againt my old policy for expenses incurred. does anyone know if I can do this?

    Did you ask the previous insurer?

    Yes you generally can. However bear in mind many insurers require you to report claims promptly.
