Part for Harrison horizontal mill

I have a Harrison universal mill which I've always used with the vertical head. Recently went to use the horizontal set up, and realized that I'm missing a part from the arbor (spherical seating part 113 in the parts manual). Does anyone have one I can buy? Secondly is there anyone near me (between Macroom and Killarney)…
