    Warning to all teachers. If your contract has any waiver clauses in them get legal advice. Example a clause may exist in your contract that will prevent you from challenging the school if you feel you have been aggrieved. I know this as I have almost certainly lost a case to have my position reinstated not because of the case but the waiver in each of my contracts where I basically signed my rights away and before you ask: Yes it is legal for employers to do this. Be careful.
