Corpus Christi Eskrima Double Stick & Combative Empty-Hands Seminar based on methods as taught by Master PJ Bennis.

Instructor: Henry Minogue.

Date: Sunday 31st of March, 2013 at 12.00am - 3.30pm
Castletroy, Co. Limerick.

Material to be covered:

Basic & Intermediate Double Strick Patterns.
Partner and Partner Combative Patterns sets.
Blocking, Shielding and Parrying.
Use of Abaniko, Redondo, Figure 8, Rompida in Double Stick.
Footwork & Sparring Partner Drills.

Combative Empty-Hands:
Partner drills
Flow drills involving punches, locks and throws.
Clinch-takedowns -to floor fight finishers
Standing joint locks,chokes and submissions.

€25 for 3hr seminar. 15 mins break in middle.

Certs of Attendance issued.
