Cardigans for Work

    Hi

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions of cardigans or similar that I can wear to work in an office. I usually wear skirts or trousers and blouses or office type dresses and I like to wear cardigans over them as I find the office can get chilly from the air-con. I have bought a few cardigans in Penneys as they are cheap and in a variety of colours but they rip and ball quite quickly. I don't want to wear blazers as they are too heavy and can be restrictive to movement.

Any suggestions of relatively cheap cardigans or similar that you can get in a few colours and are suitable for work so not too casual.

    Thanks!

    CG

Next might be worth a look, they may not be the cheapest but there quality is normally good. Dunnes Stores can sometimes have suitable cardigans likewise so can Marks And Spencers (try the Sale racks). Sometimes Tesco have a good selection and I have found them harder wearing than Pennys.

H&M. Tonnes of colours, €10-€15, wash well, not too heavy.:)

I got some lovely ones from the Littlewoods South brand. In various colours. They were around €10 with a discount code.
Other places my cardigans come from are:
Coast, Monsoon, Karen Millen, New Look, M&S, Vero Moda, Zara. All perfect for work.

Thanks guys, I will look this weekend. Do any of you wear anything besides a typical wool cardigan? Something slightly smarter but still light.

I wear blazers too in a range of colours. I also wear those kind of loose jacket-cardigan things..hard to describe, not waterfall but flowy if you know what I mean.
Also try layering polo necks under dresses and have a look at canopi.ie for sleeves for sleeveless dresses.
I also wear jumpers...few nice Zara, Superdry, Ralph Lauren, Tommy, Lacoste, Awear, Topshop. Knit ones.
