    Hi Folks

I am heading to Ardmore for this weekend and I'm hoping to go for an easy run on Sunday morning, if the head is ok. :D

I'm just getting back into running so I just want something relatively easy as I'm running 5 x a week at the moment and want to keep it up.

Can anyone advise a simple route? I know Ardmore is hilly, we are staying on the Cliff Road (?) and would prefer the start to be up hill and finish coming down the hill. If you can give me some streets or directions, I can google the rest. Or if there's a running track, that would do fine too, though it would be a shame not to take advantage of the great sea views.

    Thanks

    Hi Dukie

I just googled it and its perfect for me. The hills at the start and then downhill on the homeward stretch - I don't think I'll do the whole 5m, probably start and finish on the cliff road but its a great route.

I'm really looking forward to it now, thanks again.
