Hey, Myself and 2 friends are thinking of heading to Dubai in March for a few days. Were looking to go somewhere to just chill out by the pool, maybe do one or two activities and dinner and drinks in the evenings so we thought Dubai would be our best option!! The problem is there are hundreds of hotels online and were finding it difficult to settle on one as they all look amazing!! Could anyone recommend a hotel for us that's in a central location, has a pool and wont break the bank bearing in mind were in our early twenties and wouldnt mind somewhere that had a kinda party atmosphere if possible!!

    Thanks for reading x

I'm not sure if Dubai has the chilled party atmosphere that you'll be looking for.

id recheck the destination if i were ye. early 20s looking for a party atmosphere ye would be better off going somewhere in europe.

depending on where you go in dubai you can drink all you want but remember ye have to leave the place to get back to where ye are staying drunk/tipsy in public could land ye in trouble. also a pt bottle of bulmers is approx 10 euro. its a waste of a holiday if ur going mainly to chill by a pool loads to see and do. i do recommend it as a holiday destination but not for the type of one ye have in mind

+1 to the above advice. A car full of drunk women who roll down the taxi/limo window and scream at passers-by may be part of the scene on a Saturday night in a lot of large cities with girlie/hen parties but do that in Dubai and you may soon be in the local lockup. Public drunkenness is frowned upon in most Arab countries, even where it's legally permissible to obtain alcohol and a bunch of western woman dressed for a session and with too much jar on them will instantly attract the wrong kind of attention.

All it's going to take is for one of you to let the side down and you'll all be locked up, guaranteed. Go to Prague or Budapest or even Kilkenny but FFS don't go to Dubai!

A long way to go for just a few days and Dubai airport is meant to be a bit of a nightmare too. Better off picking one of the Canary Islands i'd say for that type of holiday, will be warm there in March too
