Check-in procedure for multible flights & airlines

We are flying Shannon - Newark - Orlando returning the same way.

The outbound Shannon - Newark flight is Lufthansa but operated by United, all the other flights are with United

The confirmation code for the outbound Shannon - Newark leg (Lufthansa) is different to the other three flights, the confirmation code for these three flights is the same (United)

Does this complicate the online check-in procedure or can I leave it & just check in at the airport(s)

All the flights are on the one booking, not booked individually

    Thanks

Forget the Lufthansa part: in this case, it's just a red herring, really.

Al the flights are United flights: you check in with, and fly with United. As you've made the booking all as one, United will see the flights as one in their system.

Thanks BuffyBot, I just put the United confirmation code into their site and all the flights show up.

When I check in before leaving Ireland, will I be automatically checked in for all flights, including the return leg?

No: you'll only be checking in for that the day before you leave, at the earliest :)
