    Hi All,

Excuse my lack of knowledge in these case's.
I have a 220000 mortgage on a house now valued in the region of 120k -150k(waiting on confirmation). We are looking at a better suited property that is selling for 150k but worth more!!
I was out of work in 2007 which left us with some debt which has either been paid off or consistantly paid last 4 years. Would this stand against us?
Also our mortgage is with Bank of scotland so would we have to go through a differant lender now???

    Any help would be grateful
