    Hi Folks,

    Just to let you know that Eireman X off road triathlon & Duathlon is back on June 22nd in Courtown (Gorey) Nth Wexford.

    Our little cult race/event has been a breeding ground for ppl who like their events with a bit a 'fizz'. In fact a lot of people have done it as their first triathlon and keep on coming back for more... First love!
    It isn't a hard race - unless you want to go faster!
    It has proven a safe course over the years. The trees don't move...u do ;)

    Tri is a 750m swim (parallel to shore) nice and safe for newbies.
    Bike is 10km. Cycle through woodlands.Carry your bike over water. Fireroads & tarmac
    Run is a 5km obstacle course. Run through 3 rivers along trails

    Duathlon begins with a 2km trail run then the same as above.

    Tri is €35
    Duathlon is €25
    No additional one day licence required.

    Mountain bike or cyclocross needed for the off road cycling.
