New MacBook Air won't install Vodafone mobile broadband

It just sits on installing bar about 1/4 loaded and won't progress past that. It worked perfectly on my acer laptop(and still does). Any ideas?

You need to provide a bit more detail.

1. Computer Model.
2. OS Version (Use About This Mac)
3. Modem Make/Model
4. How Modem is connected to computer.

Also are you using the original Vodafone Installer that came with the Modem ? Have you checked Vodafone for an updated Installer ?
