Daver, it would be much more appropriate to send a PM to me or the other mods rather than start a new thread. This has nothing to do with freedom of speech, you cannot post what you like on this forum, particularly if what's posted could potentially influence any legal activity afterwards.
The reason I closed your other thread is as I explained on the closed thread: it is simply not appropriate to look for advice on this matter on this forum. You are asking for opinions on a matter that is at this moment very sensitive, and presumably could potentially end up being investigated either by the VCI, or via a civil case.
To look for the opinions of others who (a) are not professionally qualified to give veterinary advice, (b) even if they were, would have no business giving it out on an internet forum, and (c) were not there and do not know the full circumstances of your case, is not appropriate to this forum.
Do not start any other threads on this matter, they will be deleted.
If you'd like to comment further, please contact the mod team.
    Thanks,
    DBB
