    Right. I'm tasked with bending over backwards for MS at the moment.

    Does an OEM Windows License cover downgrades?

    So, we have a Win7 license and the COA says Win7Pro. Can we install XP Pro or Vista [OMFG] on the machine instead? Or are downgrades just for Retail versions?

    Oh, same for Office. Does Office licensing allow downgrades?
