Int. bank transfer

    I've attepted to do an online int. money transfer for the first time.
    At the point where it should be complete I get "The system has logged you out" message, where am I going wrong?.

    Please call Banking 365 on 0818 365 365 / 00 353 1 4044000 when you have computer access and a representative will check the settings on your browser which should resolve the issue.   
     
    Representative assisted hours are 8am – 12midnight Monday to Friday and 9am – 6pm Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

    You are automatically logged out after a period of time.

    So make sure you have all the details ready to hand BEFORE you log into 365Online. I know from experience that I have to have account numbers ready to cut and paste as often not enough time to manually type IBAN / account numbers before the BOI system times out.
