Scuffed paint repair

Like an eejit this morning i shaved a back wheel arch on a painted concrete pillar of a space ive parked in a thousand times before.

It was literally a swop of atoms and the panel isnt deformed at all however the yellow paint is in a light scuff over the blue metallic, however it rubbed away easily with a wet finger (professional i know)

As its a ten year old Passat im not spending to get it repaired and in any case I think its only the surface lacquer that was barely scuffed.

Can anyone recommend a product to safely remove the yellow paint and then something to protect the scuff?

The yellow paint was off the object that you scraped?

I'd say Tardis would lift it off, its a tar/glue remover.

If it's only lightly marked some polish will remove it.

For the yellow scuff mark id use petrol on a soft cloth. It will get the mark off easier than any polish or compound.

Cheers lads, I was looking at the Scratch X in store last night but I'm glad to get a recommendation before I buy it.
