need help with a sump

hi bought a 5ftx2ftx2.5ft tank with sump today but need to sort out the sump its missing baffles. i'm wondering where to set them up. the black lines are the existing baffles the reds are the ones I'm thinking of putting in. its for tropical I'm new to fish and sumps. i could be in trouble
