    Hi,

Is there a program available to automatically backup data from one drive to the next incase one drive fails....thanks.

Pretty much any backup software will do.

I'm using an older version of Comodo Backup (before they want all "cloudy"). You can download it here. Although not specified, it does work on 2008 Server and Windows 7. Just configure a synchronized backup, specify source and target and any file you copy onto the source drive will instantly be saved to the backup drive.
