Cleaning lady drives train into apt block

Cleaning lady crashes train into Apartments in Stockholm. Some of the comments on RTE site: "She must have gone off the rails". So true. What could have driven this woman to drive a train into these apartments? Did she have to clean them?

I'd be more worried about the lad who thought having tracks heading for an apartment block was a good idea. It's a bit like having a Cruise liner sail into a Football stadium. Someone got above their station.

I was looking through this wondering since when trains could go wherever they liked, madness, was definitely considering one for my next car.
